FODEP is led by an elected Board of Directors comprising the National Executive Committee (NEC) and nine provincial Chairpersons, respectively. At provincial, district, constituency and ward levels, FODEP has elected executive committees, which spearhead the organization's programmes in league with their fellow members. These committees are elected every three years by paid-up members.
the NEC provides high-level policy direction, fiduciary oversight, and represents the diverse membership base. It currently comprises of the following positions and office bearers:

FODEP has a National Secretariat headed by the Executive Director who is supported by other professional staff on a full-time basis. In all the nine provinces, FODEP has a provincial office run by a coordinator on voluntary basis.
Secretariat is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of programs, financial administration, and external representation.
